Content policy
Upload Arcade hosts original, self-contained games. These rules keep the library safe, honest, and worth players' time.
Originality and rights
Submit games you made or have permission to publish. Do not upload copyrighted characters, sprites, music, or code you don't own. Fan-inspired mechanics are fine; copied assets are not. You attest to your rights at upload, and misrepresentation is grounds for removal and a ban.
AI-assisted games are welcome — with disclosure
Games made with generative tools are welcome. We ask that you disclose that assistance, and optionally the model and prompt. Disclosure is not a penalty — it's how we keep provenance transparent. Undisclosed AI content that misrepresents itself as hand-made may be removed.
Prohibited content
Hateful or harassing content. Sexually explicit content. Gratuitous real-world violence or cruelty. Gambling with real value. Content that targets or endangers minors. Anything illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.
Honest labeling
Your title, description, and categories must describe the actual game. No fake ratings, fake play counts, misleading thumbnails, or clickbait that the game doesn't deliver. First-party and community games are clearly badged so players always know the source.
Keep it self-contained
The game must be a single .html file under 2 MB with everything inlined. No external assets, no network calls, no tracking. See the preparation guide for how to get there.
